I would mind some boots. How about Some storm caller boots. Exotic name: Volt Conductors or something Main effect: increases blast radius and damage of land fall but shortens storm trance length. (For balance) then the other perks be random I suppose. That could go well for me. Storm trance would turn into more of an electronic explosion kinda like Titan smash and gives them just enough time to maybe hit one more guy that escaped the land fall kind of like an aftermath before it runs out.
