You read too much into it.
90% of players, at least me and everyone I've had in my party don't do it to be a bad sport or anything.
It's a simple taunt.
That's all it is.
I'm assuming you get mad when someone does a laugh emote or a boo emote?
If you don't then you're contradicting yourself.

My thinking process when I Teabag someone is (and it's been this way since halo 3): "I killed you, now come here and feel my nuts and butt all over your body!" I do this to PvP players I've killed, teammates in PvP that have died or I kill ( halo), enemies in PvE, and even just like to walk around tea bagging just because. You shouldn't be offended so easily, OP. Most of us are just having fun.
