I hate the Awoken.
More specifically the ones in the reef, they are such assholes, they think they're superior, they hate earthborn awoken,i hope we go to war with them so i can shove my nova nomb in their faces.
Edit: Well damn im on vacation, i leave my phone alone for hours and then boom my notifications blow up, so many of you want to know why i hate em.
Salt is real.
Edit 2: A lot of you assume, i hate the queen, which is not true the queen and petra are the only awoken i like from the reef.

Prior to twilight gap; they had no real ties with city aside from them being one of the few entities in this system that don't want us dead. And then; as the banners of the once regal eliksni encroached on the city, so too would the house of wolves. However; queen mara sov would not allow their passing through the reef. And they wanted nothing from the awoken. She blasted off a harbinger. Thus, beginning the reef war. Whilst we fought the other banners during twilight gap; mara and her forces fought the wolves. And had they not intervened, with the assistance from the wolves; their would be walls to protect anymore. Not to mention hundreds if not thousands of their numbers were culled. Civilian areas were hand picked for detrimental detonations. All that suffering to the awoken, and they were never reciprocated. Not until the the wolf out break of last year. The reef awoken are powerful allies, and comrades. Those who would lay down their lives for us, and have time and time again. I suggest you show some more respect. Sure, they are conceded and sometimes rude. But they have still assisted us without any reason.

1 ReplyMy only issue with the Awoken is that stupid Queen's Guard that's walking around checking her Instagram feed on an iPad and constantly bumps into people. She once stepped on my fresh pair of Bones of Eao. Do you know how much glimmer and strange coins I had to spend to get them restored??

Not to mention the Gods of his armies. The queen is (Alive) and uldren is Missing in action, The awoken are weak and this is the perfect time to strike down on those we lost, our guardians stood before the Taken power and was our will lost? 28 RepliesEdited by Stormhawk118: 7/26/2016 8:06:23 AMAccording to a reef grimoire card, uldren killed 3 fireteams of guardians during the reef wars with his fighter while they were engaged with fallen targets of interest on the ground And theres no way in hell he would kill guardians without the queen okaying it first The city has more than enough military power to easily take over the reef, our guardian alone is more than enough, the vanguard needs to force them to give the city full access to their resources and intelligence, as the price for killing the only beings in existence capable of destroying darkness and legitamately saving the universe should be a high one

Plus, the Awoken saved our asses at Twillight Gap and sacrificed their stealth just to keep the House of Wolves (Which had a fleet in the millions) out of the Battle of Twilight Gap. And that battle had lots of casualties without the House of Wolves there.
