Just make it so that when TFC perk is active, it gains bonus damage. So after a precision kill, you can get 2 shot headshot kills with it until you have to reload. It would make TFC an actual viable choice, and it would still be balanced. Win win.

I would love for this to be the case, but stupid noobs can't counter it and will get it worse than it is now... look at Thorn. Bad/Fine -> Really Good --> Nerf criers make it good --> Still is forgetting how to shoot, nerfs Thorn to three ticks of two damage.
