Hello the_mouse_man121, To unlock The Mountaintop you need to complete all the quests listed in the article below, can you check your Guardian and the Abandoned quests kiosk for any the quests and complete them, more then one quest step may unlock at a time. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/44963 When you check the kiosk you may not be able to see the quests, because the kiosk has a bug now that you can not see any page but the first.
