It'd have to be either FWC or NM. DO wants to get away from the fighting and start a new, not the best mindset for a war. I'm leaning towards FWC on their ability to look into the future, but the organization and idea that we unite under one Monarchy is a powerful motivational tool.

FWC definitely has a very aggressive arsenal & faction motto putting it in the top ranking , and I'd have to agree NM does have that unified feel with colors and agenda: they seem just as eager to fight as they are preparing for a Coup d'etat. So NM definite second in this thought
