I stopped liking it as much after Yang vs Tifa. That's episode was biased as hell.

To be honest I'm not well versed enough on either of them to make a fair assessment, but it was a pretty entertaining fight to watch. Have you ever heard of super power beat down? It's basically the same thing as death battle, only live action, and they let the fans vote the outcome. They've did some pretty good fights.
