What meta. I use and face all kinds of weapons in crucuble. The only "meta" is the one where crappy players cry about whatever kills them more once a game.

  • And then there's me, a top 1% player who plays with and against the meta setups all of the time. Well, played I guess, since I haven't touched the game in 4 weeks

  • 1% out of 100% doesnt make up a 'meta'. When your playing against your other 1 percenters, theres 99% of other players out there not doing what your doing.

I'd say that the meta is firmly established for the upper third of the skill Curve. The moment you can reliably hit your important shots and know how to move around the map, is the moment in which a 0.2 sec difference of TTK will win or lose gunfights. If you don't hit half of your magazine, then such differences might not even be felt. It's not a matter of opinion that a Monte Carlo kills slower than a Doctrine. Or that a competent sniper will Usually not die to a primary weapon (talking about a 1vs1 here).

  • Well done, you just summed up most every aspect of this game.
