Iron Banner Rank 5 in 3 days?
I wont be able to play for the full week IB will be on when it starts, I can only play till about Friday, is it possible to get to rank 5 on 1 or even all characters by then? Im decent at PVP, and I have a few friends to do it with, i just want to know if its possible and quick tips on how. I have all the stuff to give more IB rep, shader, emblem, and class item.

If you are good enough and can consistently win games, You can reach Iron Banner rank 5 by Friday.. Just make sure you do all the green bounties every time and complete the gold ones.. Don't turn in the gold bounties until that Friday or Thursday and you are good to go.

Easy. It's particularly easy if you already have the shader, class item and banner from previous IB runs.

I can hit rank 5 last two days fairly quickly and I casually play. You can do it.

If you just go online everyday to take the bounties and play Sunday and Monday you will make it, i did it in one day with my Titan, the last day (but completing all the week's bounties

I usually just get to rank three by the weekend then submit some of the weekly bounties on Monday then call it a day.

I routinely get three characters to level 5 by Friday, that's with mainly playing solo and not being able to do much playing Tuesday and Thursday because of work.

4 RepliesYes it's possible, I usually reach rank 5 close to 4 days with the time I have available to me. After I reach rank 5 I start saving the bounties that I complete and wait till next Iron Banner, and lose some games in the end to build up iron banner medallions. So when next Iron Banner hits, I can equip all my banner gear and use the bounties to give me a boost, or you can wait till the boon reaches its max on Monday and use it all then.

I usually keep my completed bounties from my 2nd and 3rd characters for the next IB so I get a jump start. Makes it easier to get your first to 5. After that the boost helps.

Save the weekly bounties until Friday as they will be worth more then.

Last iron banner I ran it on my characters and did it for two of my friends on their 3 characters, didn't take long at all.

It depends on how you play. If you play constantly, you should be at rank 4 or 5 by Friday. If you can only play for an hour or two per day, you'll probably reach rank 3.

1 ReplyEdited by PedalOnTheRight: 7/18/2016 7:33:28 PMlogon and collect bounties each day - don't do them, just put them in inventory don't bother doing them or at least wait to turn in until at least Sat on 1st character using all buffs, the 2nd/3rd characters will catch up super fast on Sun or better yet, Mon OR save yourself the aggravation and just buy the villany from FWC. Just about any other sniper is better so you are not missing anything if you don't get that...

If you don't turn in any bounties, no shader buff, no class item buff, no emblem buff, no tempering, and win every game. Each Control game is about 12 minutes. You get more rep as the week goes on but the numbers below is for Day One Reps. Goal Rank 5 (All Wins - Day 1 Reps) Minimum - 200 Games (40 Hours) Since Tempering is Automatic - 183 Games (36.6 Hours) Tempering, Shader, Class Item, Emblem Buff - 137 Games (27.4 Hours) Moral of the Story - do your bounties. Turn in Green one every day with all buffs equipped and turn in Gold ones on Friday (one requires you to be rank 4 but don't worry about it). Think from what I can remember - with all the buff equipped and turning in only green bounties each day - it's the equivalent of 90 Day 1 games or 10 hours of your life. Having a Fireteam helps too.

easily.. and lets just say you can't quite get there.. save those gold tier bounties until monday and pop on for 2 minutes to cash them in .. that will do it for sure.

Definitely possible. Got my Hunter to rank 5 playing only an hour or two each night all week. Just compress that into three days.

Yup did it before you've got to play a lot but you can get all three to level 5 by the end of Friday night

Save your weekly bounties until your last day and grind, grind, grind. When you cant take it anymore pop your weeklies and hope.

I did it in monday night in 5 hours. Big buffs plus lots of wibs while completing bounties while wearing class item emblem and shader. Youll be set
