You hit the nail on the head my friend. Year 3 will be its last if Bungie does not go back to what made the game rock. That was grinding for weapons that were actually fun and rewarding to use.

Actually. It's the opposite way around. Making the game less grindy has increased its popularity and commercial success, ensuring more years to come. It's only the hard core minority who enjoy the grind. The casual majority do not.

I don't think you can really back that up. Whereas my comments can be backed up by the amount of positive feedback and sustainable commercial growth of the game from The Taken King. Just look at the reviews. TTK was widely praised as a much better game than vanilla Destiny, and it had a lot of its grind dialled down.
