I pretty much have every good and average auto rifle and none of them seem to impress me in PVE. Even include exotic auto rifle's. I have everything from righteous 7 ton doctrine of passing with rangefinder the dealbreaker and every exotic auto rifle. I played since the beta when the game first came out and I've noticed throughout most of the taken king's duration which mind you has been the best iteration of destiny overall, auto rifles have not impressed me in PVE. Please let me know your opinion including which gun. I mean maybe it's just me because guns like grasp of Malik and bad juju almost feel and they auto rifle category because of the non-reloading for bad juju and the rate of fire for the grasp. These guns are so good they just make auto rifle seem obsolete. I just can't seem to justify filling my primary weapon slot with a auto rifle when doing some of the harder PVE stuff if that is my special or heavy is taking up exotic spot. Please give me your input because in my opinion I feel a bungee just needs to make the legendary auto rifle class a little bit more unique like the grasp for Malik is. I haven't gotten the do not bow auto rifle so that's one I can't comment on but I'm assuming it's nothing special.

Edited by Colloquial_Bloke: 7/16/2016 3:49:01 AMAuto rifles are what I use the most in PvE. Get an auto rifle with counterbalance and crowd control. I have a Zaranea -D (and several others) with that roll. It shreds mobs in PvE.

4 RepliesIf i use an auto in pve I'm always running doctrine, don't believe what everyone says that thing is still a beast in both pve and pvp.
