Raids aside, Shadowshot is far more effective in PvE when used to clear mobs and generate orbs. I thought this went without saying, but after running a gazillion heroic strikes this week I am still consistently seeing players save supers for bosses. In team play a Nightstalker can consistently clear huge mobs and spawn max orbs faster than any other class. Period. And for Christ's sake, use blood bound or black hole with light of the pack. Quiver is useless in PvE.
