Heyyy!
I'd like to share with you an idea that I had about making TFC a little more competitive/appealing.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE TFC. It fits my playstyle a lot, and I wreck those DoP Mida teams with it. Here's the trick:
medium range!
I have a solid 3500 kills with it (mainly crucible) and a 59% Precision kill ratio.
Still, to make it something that bats the eye, I have three changes that I'd like to make to TFC.
1. Make TFC reload the mag after every precision kill! Bad JuJu reloads the mag, does extra damage, AND charges your super. And that's ANY kill! It would be totally reasonable to make this change.
2. Make Third Eye a free bonus that comes with "Dead Eye". Third Eye would help TFC very similarly to TLW, which has the Hip Fire perk. Third Eye will really make this gun look more viable in PvP scenarios. Third Eye isn't an OP perk, and it will not make the gun OP.
3. (This one is a little more optional) Extend the base range by 10-20! Hawkmoon's base range is the same as TFC, so let's up that range to make TFC special for long range.
I don't really care about the Reload speed if TFC perk procs after every precision kill, and the stability doesn't really need anything because of the two bonuses to Stability already (Not to mention the fact that this will be sustained with the improved FC perk.
So now, a Poll! What do you think should happen with TFC (that I've supplied here)

Edited by magburner: 7/15/2016 3:16:05 PMFirst Curse is the exotic version of its archtype, just like TLW and Hawkmoon are the exotic versions of their respective archtypes. If you change First Curse, it will no longer represent its archtype, and those of us who love this weapon for what it is, will lose the best hand cannon in the game. Unfortunately, I hate to break it to you, but contrary to what you think about First Curse, the problem (which is always the elephant in the room), is that you are simply not good enough to use the weapon.
