Seeing how my main account got forum banned for saying something about legend 8-in-24, i think the action they will take is taking this post down and hoping people will forget.
Its a shame if they do that tho. This isnt right and action against that player needs to be taken. If bungie doesnt do that, it shows alot about them.

Someone posted on the forums a few weeks back complaining that he got booted because of lag after having 8 wins on a Trials of Osiris card. The problem was that he posted that 24 minutes after Trials had gone live. Cosmo responded to his post asking "So you got 8 wins in 24 minutes?", and it took off from there.
