No the powers. I wasn't even aware they had a rarity system. Shoulder charged, a crappy FoH, anklet of light. I think another one but I can't remember. Even though halo is known for it's arsenal of powers like the iconic bubble shield. 343 had the option to be original but they said "NAAAA let's be lazy."[spoiler]also the story is borderline mass effect with cortana being the catalyst. ;____;[/spoiler]
