Any money most people wouldn't like ice breaker as much if it didn't Regen ammo

It's a great sniper regardless though - long scope is situationally good, impact is great, solar is useful. The recoil may be a problem for some, but makes sense given the impact - I like it personally, as it reduces the chance of wasting shots since you need to consciously re-aim.

Well, that is kinda what makes the weapon what it is. That's like saying "I bet Ghorn wouldn't have been as popular as it was if it didn't have wolf-pack rounds". Or that Thorn wouldn't have been popular without the Damage over time. Of course they wouldn't have, remove the exotic perk from an exotic and you take away what makes the gun what it is.

What I mean is if it didn't Regen ammo it would be an average sniper, and take away the dot from thorn, can still 3 shot. Take away wolf pack rounds from gally it would still be one of the best rockets

I love the weapon but hate the regen... Why? Because everytime Im using Icebreaker there are BILLION SPECIAL AMMO BOXES ON THE -blam!-ING GROUND while with any other special weapon... special ammo is more rare than heavy ammo for me...
