how do you get The Mountaintop quest?
[Complete the Crucible questline culminating in "The Mountaintop."]

Which questline culminate in "The Mountaintop"?
Ive looked everywhere and all I found was how to do it but not how to get it.

im having a similar issue, dont have any of the quests form the questline in my quest log or in my abandoned quest log. Rank 6 in the crucible as well. Dont know what to do to start it. Only quest i have from Shaxx right now is sword reforged and he doesnt give me one of the quests when i speak to him. im stuck
