I did so shortly after the launch of The Taken King (Xbox 360 -> PS4). It was quite enjoyable to actually revisit the old content, even though I skipped the entire vanilla story on my main character. It won't be as grindy as the first time that you played, since you are obviously more familiar with the game, and will be able to rush through the majority of the content. You'll also be more equipped skill-wise in both the higher level content and in Crucible, and will be able to play a few games of Mayhem to achieve levels that are adequate for speed-running most of the campaign. Edit: If you're looking towards purchasing a PS4 in preparation for the Rise of Iron expansion, then I advise you do so ASAP. That way, you may be able to max out your character in time for its release, or even complete the Moments of Triumph if you're lucky. :)

I've restarted my characters a bunch of times now And it was refreshing to play through again But the gold at the end of that rainbow was I had thee annoyingly hard to get stuff sitting in a vault waiting for me when I eventually maxed out my level While I wouldn't mind restarting again. I think it would be a bit lame to have to deal with the aggravating stuff again Will xur ever sell X? Will I get X from three of coins? Perhaps never seeing some good roll o a legendary I like Etc
