1 ReplyIts not broken its just the tech is limited with having to be on last and current gen. The more that gets added the more the netcode faulters. All this new content coming in while the pvp P2P system is poor quality and outdated. I dount bungie even does the up on it, they probably use a cheaper 3rd party that doesnt do as good a job. We can only know for sure and hope when RoI drops and last gen is gone that the quality will increase. Destiny does have alot of data(weapon, subclass, and armor) perks that activate and deactivate with us barely noticing all in realtime connection based console FPS. A game as ambitious as destiny has never been done.
