Zip code does not match billing address
Hello,
I'd like to buy the triumph t-shirt and at the end of my order it said "Zip code does not match billing address" and don't know why.. btw I live in Germany so there is no zip code.. during the order process it accepted my postal code so everything should be fine.. so what's the matter? Can anyone help me?

3 RepliesYeah, I'm having the same problem. My checking account was charged but my order wasn't completed. Didn't get an order number or confirmation code because it wasn't completed. Getting nervous because it doesn't seem like people are getting reponses by bungie.

This is definitely still a problem. Had the error appear when I hit "complete order" and had the money taken out of my account. Please respond Bungie. Haven't gotten confirmation and this error makes me nervous.

I had my address details saved from a previous order, looks like the system didn't like me re-using them for some reason. For anyone having the same issue, delete your address details then enter them again from scratch during the order process. Worked for me.
