My moments of triumph is missing "Eris Morn's Revenge" so I checked my grimoire and had all 50 fragments, but the game says I'm missing one

You need all calcified fragments on one character. They didn't make it account based.

Same problem and solved. Ok so Bungie.net and not the app or phone. The go to progress. Select guardian. Then bounties and scroll down. All calcified fragments are shown.
