I've been trying to purchase an item for about 30 minutes now, but the store keeps declining my card.. Already checked with my bank to see if anything is wrong with my card, but there isn't. I'm not even using my Moms Credit Card... this time...
EDIT: 1h 30min later...
Still Waiting... About to go get my mom...
EDIT: 38min later... It's not declining the card anymore, but it's saying "Street address and postal code do not match." or "This transaction cannot be processed".... My Street address and Zip Code have been working good together for the last 12 years, but maybe Bungie Maps just aren't up to date?? I'll ask my mom..
EDIT: 1h 20min later.... (NOT EVEN KIDDING) Asked my Mom if i could use her Credit Card, and even that was declined..... You guys should really fix the stuff I try to use... Bungie... C'mon... just take my money....
EDIT: 2h 5min later... Still haven't heard anything from Bungie. I think its time to give up.. Thanks to all that tried to help though. Especially my Mom.

I had the exact issue happening to me, getting the same error messages you described. I fixed it by changing web browsers. I was getting these errors in Chrome, but once I switched to Firefox it worked instantly. It appears to be some rare bug that shows up in Chrome, since this is the only post I've found on the topic.

1 ReplyIt honestly sounds like you do not have a lot of experience using credit cards with the problems you are having. Bungie's store uses about six steps of authentication in order to process the card. If you are trying to use your moms card, I am guessing it is flagging it first because the name on the card is not your name. Equally, the card address has to be EXACTLY as it is on file with the bank down to including the +4 zip code information. The only way Bungie lets you make an unimpeded purchase is if the card: 1). Is a direct VISA/MASTERCARD (not a debit card) 2). The name on the card exactly matches the name on the order (I.e. If your name is Jon Smith but the card is listed Jonathan, it has to be put in as entered on the card) 3). It has to be your card, rarely it will let a card go through that is not the account holder but you have to be a wizard to get it to work 4). There are more reasons that I am forgetting but I am developing early stage Alzeihmers so forgive me The protection is in place because Bungie (and Destiny) are popular with people under 18 who have a habit of using credit cards that are not theirs. This gets very expensive with regards to charge backs, etc. That all being said this forum is for technical support regarding the GAME not the STORE. This is like contacting 343 Studios about a problem with Microsoft Windows. You have to contact the appropriate venue to get help
