Can't see my guardian with the app
Currently logged into my account like I have been for about the last 2 years, and can't see my characters. How can I fix this issue?
Edit: everyone seems to have this problem, my guess is because of the recently released moment of triumph. Probably have to link it with our accounts or something. Only solution is probably to stand by.
Edit 2: Since we are now trending, hopefully all people that thought there characters are deleted will see this.
Edit 3: Don't listen to Catzilla 898
Edit 4: Bungie is aware of this issue

I was able to fix this by deleting and re-downloading the app. Not sure if this will work for others but it's worth a try.

All I had to do was reset my internet,phone, and my ps4 and it work perfectly good again

I think Bungie just messed something up with coding, which caused everything to not detect your destiny account. They'll fix it soon enough (though it sucks that I can't see what I have and haven't done outside of the game right now....)

Hi, I think it's because players profiles say "This User doesn't have a Destiny account linked to their Legend". Try waiting a bit.

Yup, same here. My characters are not showing up on Mobile, or on PC. I was able to redeem the book in-game and get the rewards, however.
