A throwing knife's ,from my knowledge, kill picture above your super in crucible shows up as a knife, while there is no special image for shoulder charge; therefore I see shoulder charge as a melee. Also, shoulder charge is considered "hand to hand combat" making it a melee, as in other games hitting your gun on the person is a melee. Where as a throwing knife is not a melee, because as in the name [b]" THROWING[/b] knife" throwing would mean to me that the knife is Leaving your possession and going onto another person, hence [spoiler]not hand to hand combat, not making it a melee[/spoiler] feel free to reply.

  • Exactly, shoulder charge is a melee and should consume a melee charge and have a recharge commensurate with other melee skills. Or it should adhere to the standard that melee attacks should not OHK. OR throwing knife is also not a melee (as you said) and should not be held to the melee standard and should be able to OHK under certain circumstances. And it shouldn't consume a melee charge (remember it's not a melee) or have such a long cooldown. Checkmate.
