Ok, let's take a moment and imagine what it would be like if Bungie was even more evil than they are now (assuming that's even possible) and they made it so that [b]any perk can be rolled on any gun.[/b] If this happened, what do you think would be the dumbest, most useless perks you could have on a gun? [b]This thread isn't about what terrible perk rolls you already have, but imaging how terrible other guns would be if they had perks they normally can't.
