I've asked this before and nobody could give me an answer. Could they actually one shot with incendiary blade? If I'm remembering correctly, 158 on precision, 5 ticks of 5 on the burn for a total of 183. The lowest armor possible is 186 I believe. Am I wrong?

Before the update, you could do it with the Exotic Hunter gauntlets that increased burn

If your talking about the kepris sting, go look what you have to do to get those to activate with a throwing knife, it's not practical.
