They cant just say they are removing it completely as the scrub lords will flood the forums crying saying they will once again get rekt all day. With Bungie saying "we are making tweaks" it gives them the sense that there is still some kind of SBMM so hopefully it will keep the scrubs at bay. Its like the in game report system which does nothing but boy i feel like im helping out when im reporting people.
