*After a moment they both planted a white rose and stood up. They turned around in unison, Jay still wearing his usual look., while Seph tilted his head in curiosity.*
Still here?

Monica smiles. "I may not have known him but I thought it would be more respectful to stay and be quiet, a moment of silence and all that." Her ice blue eyes were soft... Calm and caring. She was a gentle person, very peaceful and nice when she needed to be.
-
God you remind me of your mother, your resemblance is uncanny. Unfortunately for you, you have her blood and that fools in your veins. *Jay walked through inbetween Sam and Monica, Seph followed silently his head bowed*
-
"At least he didn't leave her because he was to ashamed of his own existence to stay with her." Samanthas eyes widened. "Monica!" She shrugs. She didn't care. In fact she didn't know that much about their relationship, except for the fact that Jay left her because he thought he wasn't good enough, and that her father hated him more than anything. She had more words, but she held back, biting her lip.
-
"Hey!" *Seph angrily snapped at her but Jay put a hand on his shoulder and nodded no.* This is why i warn you to stay away from the Evans family. *Jay walked onwards and Seph just looked back angrily then followed.*
-
Monica stared moodily at them. "Assholes..." She said. Samantha couldn't believe this. "Monica you can't just say that stuff!" She snorts. "I did mom. I can't believe you even dated and almost married that guy." Samantha looked angry. "You be quiet young lady. He wasn't always like that. He was caring... And gentle..." Monica looked at him. "Well... Looked where that got us...." She begins walking towards them.
-
*They disappeared around one of the arena's obstacles. Jay sighed then knelt and gave Seph both of Hunter's white swords. * One is for you, the other Lupa. Find her if you want or the next time you cross paths give it to her. *Jay headed towards a ship flying towards them in the sky* Don't be gone long or your mother will have your head. "y-yeah. . ."
-
She could sense them conversing, and knew it was private. She stopped near their area, waiting. When they were done, and Jay left, she walked around the object, seeing Seph. "Hey..." She brushes some of her golden hair out of her face. "I'm sorry, for what I said. It was completely inappropriate and I have no idea what their relationship was actually like." She says softly.
-
"It doesn't matter, we're just assholes after all." *Seph put the katanas on his back but didn't turn around. * " Shouldn't you be with you mother?" *Jay stopped halfway to the ship sensing someone near Seph. He scowled and turned around. *
-
"I'm nineteen... I can handle myself. Besides, I wanted to come and apologize..." She pauses. "And... Talk to you..."
-
"What could we possibly talk about? " *Seph turned to face her then he got serious looking in another direction.* "Oh shit."
-
"Uh.... What's wrong?" She asks.
-
*Seph grabbed Monica's hand and took her into a shadowstep with him. They reappeared on a rooftop in Terra.* "I'd rather not get lectured by my dad is all."
-
She smiled. Then she giggles. A girly, short little one. "Oh I understand.... Well... We never had a chance to be properly introduced. I'm Monica." She says with a smile.
-
*He sat on the edge of the building, letting his feet dangle off the edge. He nodded, acknowledging her name.* "I'm Seph, or Asshole, whichever you prefer."
-
She sits next to him. "I prefer Seph. It's a nice name you know... Has a nice ring to it." She looks at him. "So... How much... Do you know about my mother and her relationship with your dad..?"
-
"It's short for Sephiroth." *He edged away a bit.* "i don't know anything, dad doesn't talk about it. I suppose it's a good thing anyways, It's in the past he's with my mother now. It's never good to keep reopening old wounds."
-
She respects his personal space, understanding why he moved, he had just met her. "Yeah... I don't know to much... All I know is that my dad really hates your dad and that my mom almost got married to your dad..." She says with a shrug. "But things happen, it's life. Are you generally with your dad like that? By his side, apprentice?"
-
Your dad hates mine? That's ironic, mine doesn't even think about yours or mention him. But that's their quarrel not mine so i could care less. Yeah I'm usually with father while my sister Sara is usually with mom. I inherited strong genes from my dad, her from mother, it's only natural they'd want to teach us.
-
She nodded. "Like your father said I look a lot like my mother, it's uncanny actually." She says with a smile. She studied him.

-
She smiles. "That comes with age. She's a lot older than she looks. But I know what you mean, I did get that from my dad, my amazing ability of speaking my mind." She stops, thinking. "But, we've all got our redeeming qualities."
-
And What would your redeeming quality be? *Seph asked staring out over the city.*
-
"Well... I've been told I'm a good listener, I'm considerate when I want to be. I've also been told by many people that I'm fiercely defensive of those I care about, like my mother...." She says. "Do you really think I'm a bad person?"
-
No, if you were a bad person we wouldn't be having this conversation. *He swung his legs around hopping off the edge and onto the roof again.* You said you wanted to talk, what about?
-
"Just... I wanted to talk to you. You looked like an interesting person..." She says, shrugging, getting up after him.
