Heliopause Cloak or Cloak of Oblivion
I much prefer the heliopause but the oblivion shows my dedication. The main problem with oblivion to me is the hood, it's quite bad imo.

Neither. Wearing faction cloaks (or any class item for that matter) makes you look like you're sponsored by them kinda like how there's stickers all over a race car. I like DO and all, but if I'm going to represent them, I'll do it with a shader and not that silly-ass symbol that is emblazoned on all of their gear.
