I have a suggestion for this nerfing problem. Instead of balancing weapons and subclasses why dont you consider buffing the guardians resistance to bullet shots on pvp? That way I think that pvp players can be better balanced on getting killed and the weapons and subclasses are left alone to be as good as they are for pve
