do you have any video evidence? You are probably the 15th person I've heard in the pet couple days say one of their players was deleted seemingly without reason. What else happened during and before it was deleted?

I'm afraid not it was still showing on the companion app for a couple of minutes then it went from there too

Until something is done about it, don't create another character. That may replace any trace of your old one. There have been MANY people that complained about this issue in the past couple days.
