No, because like heavy, one team can completely rob it from the other. Then the other team with no special has no chance against the team stocked with special, as they are sitting in the back hard scoping and roaming hallways with shotguns.
That would never work for destiny

Special constantly pops up, doesn't even feel Special... Maybe make it pop up when Heavy is about to pop up. And that seems more like a strat really. Seems like it would be your teammates fault for letting them have Special.
