I dont know how many times I have shot a guy with fist of havoc and it became a 50% chance of killing him. There will be times where you kill him and other times he takes no damage. It needs to be more consistent. Im not asking for a nerfs but I need some clarification on why it is different each time. Stormcaller never does enough damage to kill a FIST OF HAVOC user as in he is in mid attack and that is probably one of the most annoying things. The animation for every super should be faster as well. This whole animation aka take my sweet ass time to perform a finisher is utter crap. I applaud the Fist Of Havoc for not really dealing with this issue.
