What waterbottle brand do you buy?
With the recommended amount of water that should be consumed daily at a half gallon, it is vital that your body gets adequate hydration to perform at peak performance.
How do you get your half gallon?
I prefer Poland springs, but I also have a brita pitcher that I consume a lot of water from also.
