Titan with universal remote and no back up plans = overpowered?
Ever since the new update that changed all the subclasses i noticed more and more people started to use titan. With iron banner there are countless people running around with universal remote and no back up plans. Is it just me or titan needs a nerf?

Leave it alone. God damn it you guys are a bunch of crybabies. Recognize that players are sometimes better than you and get over it. Learn from your mistakes and learn how to counter. Its balanced as it is.

Over powered means there is no counter at all. There is definitely a counter to that. Also I believe the defender is a little flawed in the aspect that it promotes one dimensional gameplay. But defenders have to be one of the most balanced subclass.

There wete many who used universal remote in IB along with a sniper. Every class over used that combo or just that primary shotgun.

Nice try Warlock. Hunter here, let me 'Back up' my Titan Brothers For a second. NBP is in no way overpowered at all. It requires a specific kit setup, eats an exotic slot, and requires the user to have special at all times. While on some maps, it supports an advantageous playstyle, so do most exotics. It also requires a clean kill to proc. The real culprit you're looking for, would be Universal Remote. Since Special has become scarcer in every game more, an infinite shotgun has a clear advantage, and denying special from your opponent can shut them out of a lane or the game completely. But then again, if you're good enough, crutches are never a problem.

31 RepliesThe only way to make everyone happy isn't to nerf... If bungie nerfs them, the titans would start crying for another nerf... This will continue as it has from day 1. The solution: remove crucible.

I do want to use a Titan, but on the other hand I don't so it doesn't get nerfed. (Because you know bungie will look at the stats and nerf it) however it's basically a lost cause to try and 'save striker'. That shits going to get nerf and you know it.

8 RepliesNo Backup Plans have been the same since the beginning of year 2. Universal Remote has been the same since launch (other than the blanket nerfs to all shotguns). Defenders have been the same since launch. There's nothing OP about it, it's just now becoming popular.

Just because you saw 1 dude with a terrible shotgun and okay exotic gauntlets does not need something needs a nerf. Sure there are a lot of Titans, but i don't think i actually saw 1 single Universal Remote because it sucks. So just no.

STOP COMPLAINING!!!!! Did i get crapped on by titans using that loadout at times....yea....am i salty bout it....a lil bit.....am i calling for nerfs.....nope. try running that loadout its actually alot of fun. Run weapons of light with a high impact sniper and one shot body someone. That will make u feel better.

Nerds thought they could somehow kill me inside it w/o their super and got -blam!-. 2.) Nerds stood just outside it like they were staring at a unicorn. And got power slide-invective -blam!-. So so amusing but far from OP. Nerds need to learn that you don't have to engage in every single fight opertunity. /thread /losttoadefendertitan /goingtotheforums
