Creative ideas.
One issue I have with Veil of Light is that you would be unable to use [i]your own[/i] weapons/blessing buff, but I suppose that may be the trade-off.
Another issue with it is that it has the high potential to be abused in PVP; can you imagine a team of Titans running shotguns/armor of light with mobile bubbles?
Sorry for the criticisms (especially since I only read the defender ideas,) but I enjoyed your post and promote these fun idea threads.

Make the Bubble become smaller or decrease it's super duration.

So maybe a really greatly reduced duration for the solo bubble [i](AKA Veil of Light/ Personal Bubble)[/i] Also you couldn't have Armor of Light, Blessings of Light, or Weapons of Light, as Veil of Light occupies the same perk column. So they could pop pretty easily with a good flank.
