Could someone explain to me what happened to the Warminds after the Collapse?

We don't really know what happened to the other Warminds, but it's assumed that they all perished sometime during the Collapse, save for Rasputin. When we open the Skywatch Array, Rasputin somehow gains access to all the other Warminds' systems.
