What are Iron Banner prerequisite or minimum requirements?
I mostly played Destiny as one character since year 1. So I have been doing iron banner all the time with that character.
I have been leveling up my other two classes, now at 36 and 38 respectively.
Is there any quest, or completion needed in order to join Iron Banner playlist? Do I need to get to 40 first?
I am at work so I can't test it.

You must lag, that is the requirement. If your screen doesn't read "contacting destiny servers" at least once an hour, you are too OP for Iron Lag. 😃
