Example of this would be -Strikes and Crucibles now always drop 2 blues (whites/greens for low levels) for each player, These blues can go up to 335 light. -Other encounters also give 2 blues on reward screen, with a chance at higher rarity items dependant on mode. -All blues/higher etc are given a minimum drop stat. e.g. at say 300 light, I should never see less than 300 from random drop. 310, 320, 335 are other break points that prevent lower drops. -All raids gear upgraded to 335 light max year 2 versions. -ALL Year 1 items brought into year 2 Kiosk, Imagine a legendary engram shop that sells Primary, Special, heavy / armour engrams. These decrypt into random perk weapons/armours from that year with the possible upgrade to 335. You could price these the same at 2500 glimmer (makes peeps have a reason for it end game). 1) For armour engrams you would have Base destiny armour, Expac 1 armour, Expac 2 armour. Engrams -Make Ghosts and Artefacts globally drop as normal rewards and add legendary engrams (no exotics drop) to all modes drops and crytark. E.g. patrol, strikes, crucible, POE, COE at a higher more common rate. CoO is really terrible content for progression, as it is restrictive. Following the above blue and higher light drop changes. -Bring back the choice of harder story missions. (light select choice). E.g. 300,310,320,335 light story missions.
