I don't disagree with those statements. But the truth is Deej should be our direct line to the dev team. If he is in fact pushing forward these issues (matchmaking, pve nerfs etc not the bullshit omg bungie I died please nerf crap) and getting no help or response then I do in fact feel bad for that man. I hope his efforts are not in vain. But when I continually read communications from someone sounding like a straight prick, and that someone is the face of customer interaction, it leaves me no option but to call that individual out.
