Did something happen to the hand cannons after the hotfix?
It seems to me that the ghost bullets are back and worse than ever now …
Quick comparison:
I've played 18 full games after the patch on the 23rd of June, in 5 of them I managed to get 10 or more kills.
From the 10th of June until midnight the 23rd I played 35 games, only 7 of those netted under 10 kills …

Feels that way to me too. I feel like a lot more of my shots aren't landing.
