I us all snipers mainly my longbow and I am a good sniper but the body dmg is a speeding truck I shot a kid with the last word across the map and shot him in the body and one shot him and I am starting to get frustrated when I got shot in the body and either hide runaway or get a head shot

I agree chest damge is the same as being shot in the foot

5 RepliesCause in the real world. You get hit by a sniper bullet and it will turn you into poop and wreck you.

1 ReplyEdited by RAIST5150: 6/29/2016 4:12:55 AM1000ft lbs of force...entry wound just big enough to put your finger in, exit wound big enough to put a fist in. Just saying....snipers are supposed to be devastating weapons. Granted, designers can go overboard with it sometimes. But by design, snipers are pretty much expected to be one-shot to the head and no more than two shots guaranteed kill at center mass. Winging someone, clipping in the shoulder and such would be a different story---but that would require a whole different set of physics to be implemented across the entire character model that would apply to all damage types. And then you'd have a whole new set of complaints to deal with.

4 RepliesI'd like to see you take two sniper shots to the chest

13 RepliesIf I got hit by a high caliber sniper in real life in the chest, I just might die. Maybe.....

6 RepliesOK, reduce the damage some, but if Shotguns can one-shot at a fair-distance, why can't snipers body shots do a good bit of damage
-
1 ReplyYou realise that snipers by design are HIGH DAMAGE even low impact snipers will do a fair amount of damage, be glad it's not like other fps's because they kill from like chest up and waist up. So unless you're really unlucky then you'll be double tapped and killed by a body shot most of the time you'll get hit and get in cover

Give us more ammo abd reduce the sniper body damage .... This whole game is made by kids
