im not saying they have to but 1. new DLC is only for the new consoles so that excuse is out of window and 2. because if you didnt actually look at the number of responses this got the VAST majority of players agree that it is pointless to apply PVP ORIENTED NERFS ot eh PvE aspect of this game. There literally is no reason to do it besides them wanting to slow down the engagement times across the board.. another thing that the VAST majority of the community disagrees with

the real answer is it would require them to recode which means they would have to shut down the game to test this. not only that is it consuming but isn't good for business. might as well make a brand new game. in other words if bungie is wise they will separate pve and pvp in D2.

They supposed to do an Alpha an Beta testing of Destiny before release and look how it turned out

they did do testing it not like they cant catch everything. as a matter of fact real issues appears after it becomes live. this is not subject to destiny but to all programs. theres more of us then their is employees so it would make sense that we would discover issues before they can.
