OK. I had a group and we did the 4 ogres 4 times for 16 balls. Then, we detonated them and it only took him down to half health. This was on normal. Went to orbit, repeated got same result. Oryx would only do shadow teleport and never lightning after each round. Anybody know how to fix this so he does his lightning until half health? If he starts with pulling ppl into shadow on first round is that a wipe?

If he starts with pulling ppl into shadow on first round is that a wipe?[/quote] You do know that when you dont detonate he does shade to have him do his mortars or lightning as you call it you have to fight him 4 orbs at a time instead of 16 and tour problem could be that you timing is off if all orbs aren't detonated close enough (!!!!!!!in time not distance!!!!!!!) The later detonations will not do damage I hope this helps you

another possibility to the other suggestions - if the ogres dont die on exactly the same spot and their "bombs" are not aligned perfectly, the players detonating them must step into where their boundary visible on the ground overlap with each other..

You either didn't have anyone shooting his chest while he was staggered, or someone detonated too early / too late causing only 8 of the 16 blights to detonate/damage him.

Oryx Fight is a very finicky one. Here are a few things to note when fighting him: Always have someone damaging his "Weak" spot once he is staggered(preferably the Aura Holder).This will allow him to be fully damaged by all Blight Bombs after detonation. At Full Health he will always Shade Teleport players. Any damage done to him between Full health and 50% will trigger a Lightning Phase and all future Lightning Phases are replaced with Shade Teleport Phase afterwards. The Challenge is Failed ONLY if you are unable to take him out with 16 Blight Bombs at once.
