Go read the EULA. Find the original if you wish, but it's invalid as soon as you accept a new EULA. If you uninstall destiny, pull the Internet and reinstall it you should get the original EULA from disc. There is a 90 day guarantee on the software license you purchased. Keyword license, not ownership of title. Consumer law? That's laughable, go read the consumer laws, better yet imagine no one ever signed a EULA that's standard with almost every single game on every non portable device. Even then the main 8 consumer "rules" do not fall under any potential complaint you could possibly file. If you think you are right go ahead call a lawyer, bungie is in Bellevue, so you will need a lawyer able to practice law in King County, Seattle, Washington. Oh and after you waste your money the Bungie reply will simply be previous generation are limited by their hardware and can no longer support both generations to give a better consumer experience. Now here is the absolute smoking gun. They are continuing to support Destiny on previous gen consoles but they are no longer releasing new DLC, maybe you people refusing/unable to get current might even get a free event update!

And Bungie has an entire team of lawyers on hand just in case situations like this come up where assholes on the Internet think they have a leg to stand on and only make a fool of themselves. It states in nearly every EULA for software that content can change at any moment and incompatibility may occur.
