No no no. The New Monarchy doesn't want an unimpeachable leader, they want a leader of unimpeachable character. They want a leader (who is elected) that will focus on the care and survival of their subjects. Their ideology is focused on their survival without fleeing. But if they need to kill other humans, so be it, they survive. They have a more "faction" mindset, rather than Dead Orbit who wants everyone to flee, or FWC who just wants to understand, then kill everything, but not always in that order.
