I don't see any reason why they aren't bringing them forward, if it's "no elemental primaries (except Zhalo lololololol)" then why couldn't they remove the burns from the Y3 versions?

Same with Icebreaker, there's no way to change it to make it acceptable for Y3?
Something like making it single shot so that you can't stock up bullets? so then you get the one shot and have to go back to your primary for a while.

With Necros Curse explosion on kill I wouldnt mind the removal of Arc. Because you get an explosion every kill.
