It's not op. I'm going to keep this simple Shoulder charge TAKES SKILL to do well with because it is EASY to counter. You people are too busy crying on these forums and aren't playing to game and figuring out how to counter it. I main a Titan by the way and I shoulder charge regularly. I find myself a lot of the time that people flat out shotgun me which I can't help or they adapt to my play style and don't get close. Shoulder charge doesn't need a nerf, in fact, nearly everything in this game didn't need a nerf, people just decided to cry about it on the forums rather than figure out a counter for it Edit: cheers for all the down votes ya scrubs Edit 2: You guys don't understand that it takes skill because it's hard to use against players with thumbs.
