Who cares about how the stuff looks? This is an FPS. You only see your own guardian when in the he social spaces or when you equip a sword I spend as little time as possible in social spaces as it is just wasted playing time and if I have a sword equipped then I'm trying to hit something with it not admiring my gear I also don't spend my time looking at other peoples guardians so I can judge their fashion sense. This idea is a 100% waste of time and effort. Wasting time on doing things like this will distract Bungie from the thing that all players would like - developing game content. We have also had a lot of cases where Bungie has messed around with one aspect of the game and it has broken other parts. We should stay clear of non-critical cosmetic crap until everything else with the game is on a good state and Bungie has 12-months of dlcs ready sitting on the shelf ready to issue

  • A lot of people care about how they look. And when all the gear from year 1 became obsolete people were mad because arguably some of the best gear sets came from year 1. Also it's not like this is a complicated thing to pull off. Make armor in the game look like an already existing piece of armour in the game. I know you didn't say this, but just because YOU don't focus on armor doesn't mean anyone else does. People have been wanting more customization for their guardian and this is perfect without doing too much. There has been countless threads with the same requests this person is asking for and this the first time I've seen someone not want more customization or care.

  • The main thing I am against are pointless changes to the game when there are so many bugs and a lack of content The Bungie development process has also been shown to have problems. We only have to look back this last week to see that changes can break the game. This is not necessary, so don't risk breaking the game. Leave stuff like this until everything else has been sorted out (probably year 11)

  • Yeah, I'll have to agree with you on that. Bungie needs to iron out these bugs before adding anything significant into the game. Definitely atleast before Rise of Iron.
