You think money is the sole responsible factor for improvement? What about all the money in the US and other western economies? You have to factor in corruption, priorities, worthy investments, failed investments etc disparities will continue to exist, a simple look at the social disparities in the US would help you develop a further understanding of the problems the continent experiences in its 50+ countries.

There is a world outside the US, and it helps to go out of your way to improve your understanding of it. Edit: I wouldn't need to do or say anything to make you look stupid by the way, you're doing that all by yourself.
